  Pros Trainer was nice or maybe just a great salesman-he sold me on the deal -$1300 dollars, two wks time, incredible results and positive reinforcement. I fell for it and didn't do my due diligence of looking at reviews. Cons Pricey - $1300 for the two wk board and train. They will try to tack on silly fees that rly should be included in the training package. I'm paying $1300 - please just include a basic doggy bed and take him outside for at least 30 mins a day without asking for more money. Results- after the training period, my dog knew very little. But I was more concerned about his wellbeing. He had lost a lot of weight and had rly bad diarrhea when I got him home. Lack of communication - they never called to give me an update at any point during the two wks. The first wk, I called them twice to get an update and felt like I was inconveniencing them. I wanted to pick up my pet on a Monday evening instead of Tuesday morning. They refused to let me pick up dog. Apparently they want to have a lesson before leaving the facility. I asked for the trainer to call me - this was the only time they called me (received a call back on Tuesday morning). Concern for treatment of pets in their care - my dog had lost considerable weight and had diarrhea for three days after I got him back, resulting in a vet visit/antibiotics/antidiarrheal. At the very least, the woman at the front desk who is in charge of boarding could have told me about the diarrhea. I believe the pets under their care are neglected. I am concerned that the pets are not monitored adequately, taken outside, and fed properly. Random new fear - my dog has a new fear of having his nails cut. The woman at the front desk stated that he wouldn't let them cut his nails. I noticed two of his nails had already been clipped too short and I'm thinking that's what has created this new fear. I was never told they would shower or cut his nails. At this point, I would've opted out of any services they had to offer. Bottom line After this experience, I am cautious about entrusting the care of my pet to anyone. This place is a complete rip off and I am concerned for the pets who are boarded/trained here.
